10. Payment flow and delivery policy
Once payment has been made, the customer will receive access to the Premium Content as per the membership bought. Content is in the form of video or other tutorials and other related materials. Discount offers may feature. Payment is always in full, and no physical delivery is required.
11. Refund/cancellation policy
The customer may cancel their membership at any time and their subscription will automatically expire when the subscription period has passed. If a further subscription period is entered into, the subscription cancellation will take effect at the end of that period. Recurring payments and subscriptions can be managed from the User Dashboard.
Refunds are only available in the case of technical failure or other exceptional circumstances. Refunds will be processed within ten working days form the date of application.
12. Viruses, hacking and other offences
You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.
By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them.
